The Ultimate Fishing Paddle Board
The L4Expedition by Live Watersports truly is the ultimate fishing paddle board!
Good Morning, I am Mark Laymon. A content creator at Coral Heads and I’ve fished from dozens of paddle style platforms over the years. Mostly from canoes, kayaks, and a few paddle boards. So far I am excited to say that the L4Expedition has been my favorite. Yes, some of the sit on top kayaks have been amazing. I like to stand a lot while fishing, the L4Expedtion is superior for this. With plenty of deck space, I can drop to the deck easily if needed. There have only been a couple of times that I felt necessary go to the deck. Usually I am sitting on a 52 quart RTIC – Ultra-Light Cooler. Recently I became very out of shape, as I build my cardio skills back up, I will be using the cooler as a chair. The 52 quart cooler is on the large side, yet it fits nicely on the back of the deck and I rarely ever need to tie it down.
Before we go on, I must disclose that this video and related blog posts about the L4Expedition are NOT sponsored. Although we have affiliate links to nearly all the products we use on Amazon. We do not and have not been paid to write or share any of the content presented here. This content has been created only for the expressed love and respect for the L4Expedition by Live Watersports.
Besides being exceptionally fast, the L4Expedition is extremely stable. The first thing I did before adding any of the vast amounts of accessories was to try to flip the paddle board. It just wouldn’t flip. Yes, I really did try, falling off once in the process. The skegs located at the back of each sponson really support the tracking and adding to the stability. We should also test the Deep Trekker Pivot ROV with NAV Package next time out. Wow, time is ticking… get you paddle on!
