Let’s Cook Your Catch With The Coral Heads Team!

Welcome to Coral Heads Catch, Clean, and Cook Page! Today we are setting out to help you find the best way to catch, clean, and cook your bounty. As you are about to learn, Mark Laymon and Alex Diz have a slightly elevated addiction to working around fire, they also have a little more than average knowledge about preparing their catch well before it gets to the table. Who are we kidding, a lot of what they cook will never see a table.  It is often consumed as it is being prepared. Just a warning if you plan to break bread with them in the future, you better be close to the grill if you want the good stuff. You can also join in on the conversation in the Community Forum. Visit the Catch, Clean, Cook threads for some HOT and Cold new recipes. Just don’t ask Mark for a recipe, you’ll need to just watch him as the throws everything in without measuring.
