The Damen SeaXplorer 105 m is a ruggedized expedition yacht designed to sail in the remote areas of the world. She is an “off the drawing board” expedition yacht. Her design brief demands a vessel with the following:

– Good sea keeping characteristics for long voyages over the remote oceans
– Ice strengthening for Polar Class 7 for visiting the Polar regions
– HVAC for both tropical as well as winter conditions
– Storage space and tank volume for autonomy up to 40 days

Damen Yachting’s SeaXplorer range not only continues to attract customers, but also continues to grow. The largest model is now the SeaXplorer 105, 345 feet (105 meters) of polar-exploration capabilities and luxury living.

The series, which counts Anawa as its first delivery, has grown due to customer requests and existing customer feedback. With a gross tonnage of 6,500, the new model features naval architecture by Damen Yachting and styling by Azure Yacht Design, like the smaller models. Further like those, the new model is fully engineered, ready for owners to personalize in arranging lounges, staterooms, and more. A total of 24 guests can stay aboard, with 28 crew and the captain, plus 12 further staff members. Since she meets Passenger Yacht Code classification, you can charter out the yacht.

She offers large staterooms for 24 guests, including two spacious owner suites. She has huge onboard storage for all provisions and luggage parts, as well as heli fuel, tender fuel and tanks for 8,000 nautical mile (Trans Pacific) range.

The fully certified twin helideck (primary surface and standby area) is suitable for two fast and reliable twin-engine helicopters. She can carry four 8 to 12m tenders and a huge collection of toys, as well as a submarine.
There is also plenty of room for an outdoor cinema, a full size doubles tennis court or basketball half court. The transom is not only a swim platform, but also an open bar area with upstairs lounge.
