Smoked Sea Urchin... I don't know if I am up to that yet. I used to catch them all the time as a kid. Then dry the shells out for decoration. Maybe I should try them. Who wants to see me do this?
Have you tired making these yet? I see them all the time and have not been able to step up and try them.
