How To Brine And Smoke Kingfish || Fishing Tutorial​



Here we show you step by step instructions for brining and smoking kingfish. You can also use Amberjack, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, or Swordfish for this recipe. The ingredients you will need for this recipe include salt, brown sugar, hickory wood, and up to 10 lbs of king mackerel fillets (with the skin on). You can mix the smoked fish with mayonnaise or sour cream to make a delicious fish dip also.
