    I am a long time user of lead shot weights, I see more people are pushing back to solid weights.

    What is your opinion? Do you use lead shot or solid weights when freediving or snorkeling? Now that I have a little more cushion around my hips, I can see using solid weights again, but why when shot is so much more comfortable.
