We Caught 14 Different Species Of DEEP WATER FISH! + RARE CATCHES
One of the many Great things about the Gulf of Mexico is the Wide Variety of Fish species that can be caught on a single trip. The targeted fish this day was SCAMP GROUPER, and we caught our fair share of them on Slow Pitch Jigs as well as some SUPRISING catches on a simple cut bait setup. We Fished anywhere from 220ft-600ft of water and was using CMOR Maps to help us pinpoint some natural bottom structure. We ended the day with a colorful box of fish and great memories.
