SMOKING SWORDFISH! Catch Clean and Cook!
It's smoking time on the Traeger! We catch a big swordfish off Islamorada aboard the Broad Minded and bring the fish back to Bud n' Mary's Marina to clean up. Back at home we smoke it two different ways on the traeger grill. It's a catch clean and cook video with a big swordfish!
