I have trained to be an engineer. 17 years ago, I came to USA to studied Master Degree in Environmental Engineering. My destination lead me to work as a part time job in Thai restaurant to earn for living. I started as the dishwasher. One day my chef called me to work in the kitchen as a Prep cook. At that time I just fell in love with cooking and want to be a chef. Luckily, I have many good teachers, mentors and inspiration chef.
