The 2021 Palm Beach International Boat Show was a paramount success for Worth Avenue Yachts. Our team had 12 yachts on display including the 238’ Turquoise Yacht QUANTUM OF SOLACE, whose calendar of showings filled up before the show even began. Of the yachts Worth Avenue Yachts represented in the show many are seeing strong activity with several in some stage of negotiation. A notable deal that closed during the show is the 180’ Newcastle Yacht SOVEREIGN which was listed for sale at $23,950,000 and sold by Co-founder and Partner Michael Mahan of Worth Avenue Yachts’ Palm Beach office. On parallel with the South Florida real estate market, the yachting market is hot. This is creating a sense of urgency in buyers that makes boat shows like the Palm Beach Boat Show extremely successful for a local industry leader like Worth Avenue Yachts.
