Oven Roasted Shrimp!
Med-Lg Shrimp-Easy Peel (Two 12 oz. bags) 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1/3 cup olive oil Spices: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp creole seasoning, 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp. paprika, 1 tbsp. granulated garlic or garlic powder 1 lemon, juice half into oil mixture and the rest for serving 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley 1. Thaw, rinse shrimp (leave shell on)-optional 2. Combine butter, oil, spices, and lemon juice-mix well 3 Spread on shrimp and bake at 425 degrees (F) for 10 minutes 4. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve.
