MASSIVE Mexican Cubera Snapper! Catch Clean Cook!
@Brook Crist Outdoors and I are in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico fishing with High Tides Fishing charters. Jamy the owner invited Brook and I to stay at the Hacienda Maria Elena an all inclusive fishing lodge! This video is from our first day while deep sea fishing mexico. We head offshore in search of marlin, sailfish, cubera snapper, dorado and more! Then we take our fish back to the fishing lodge where the chef prepares us a traditional Mexican fish in adobo sauce!
