How To Fillet Kingfish (King Mackerel)
In this video we show you how to fillet a kingfish aka a king mackerel. These fish are best eaten fresh. The bigger fish tend to have a stronger fishy flavor, and very mushy meat if not eaten within a few days of harvest. The smaller fish are excellent, baked, grilled or pan fried. This is also a very popular fish to smoke and make into fish dip!
