Grilled Wahoo!! [[Catch and Cook!!]]
One of the best eating fish that swim in the ocean is wahoo! Every time we go out wahoo is the fish everyone wants to catch. Their white, mild flavored, and slightly dense texture makes them amazing table fair. With a freezer full of deer and fish wahoo is always the first to go. Ask anyone that offshore fishes and they will tell you their wahoo story. One of the most highly prized game fish on the whole eastern sea board. As well as one of the fastest. Wahoo can be caught trolling ballyhoo or high speed trolling lures. On this particular trip all the wahoo came off ballyhoo on the planner board. We tried high speed trolling on the way out with no results. A few time a year we always try to make our way to the Gulf Stream. On this trip we went out for 18 hours. Unfortunately I was focused more on getting the fish in the boat than capturing them on film. I still managed to get a few on film.
