Recipe: GARLIC & LIME GRILLED FISH (WAHOO) Season fish with ingredients below! Oil grill grate before heating the grill. Preheat grill to medium to high heat (375-400 degrees). Place fish skin side down first. Cook fish 3-5 minutes per side or to desired temperature! Ingredients: Olive oil Lime 4 cloves minced garlic Garlic powder Onion Powder Sea Salt Pepper
